SILVUSBLOOD is a proposed pre-launch planning program. The site is not currently processing payments or activating paid membership. The information described here is used for the site and its planning workflow, not to create a guaranteed housing result.
2. Information the app collects
- Account information handled by the authentication system, including account identifiers, credential-related data, and session or account status needed to sign in and operate a member workspace.
- Public interest fields from InterestSubmission, such as name, email, optional phone, readiness stage, target area, budget level, contact preference, interest-only acknowledgement, timestamps, and submission status.
- Signed-in planning fields from MemberReadiness, such as a home brief, target area, target price range, readiness stage, planning tier, timing window, property preferences, transaction preferences, planning notes, acknowledgement fields, timestamps, and operator review status.
- Operational and administrative information needed to protect, maintain, review, and administer the proposed app and its submissions.
3. How the information is used
The app uses this information to provide account access, respond to qualified interest, review planning inputs, show published program information, maintain submission status, support authorized administrative review, and operate the pre-launch service.
Planning data is not an eligibility decision and does not create membership, queue position, payment, housing entitlement, or another guarantee.
4. Sensitive details and planning notes
The onboarding flow asks you not to include protected-class information or sensitive personal details in property or transaction planning fields. Please follow that instruction and share only information needed for the planning context requested by the form.
5. Access and unresolved policy details
Information is used by the app and authorized operators for the purposes described above. Specific retention, deletion, access-request, sharing, and other policy details are not finalized in this provisional notice and remain subject to independent legal review before any future activation.
The site does not make a promise about a particular retention period or legal-rights process here. A future privacy policy would provide the applicable details if the program becomes active.
